Kitchen Floors
Most of the kitchen floors we do are in occupied home meaning we have to be very accommodating to your needs. Sometimes we have to leave a path for you to access other parts of the house. We will move all the appliances and furniture. Tear out the old floor and install new backer board before we install the new tile.
Below are some kitchen and bathroom floors that we installed. I hope we can do something new for you.
Backsplashes
Most kitchen back splashes are around 15 to 20 feet long making them 22 to 30 square feet. We charge a flat fee for most splashes. We prefer a stone tile for backsplashes so there is no need for a bulnosed edge tile. The bulnose and bulnose corner tile rarely match in size or color and the price for the trim pieces sometimes cost as much as the field tile. We would need a full day to set the tile, A couple hours the next day to grout it then a return trip to seal and caulk the tile after grout has cured.
